In order to be AAHA accredited we regularly have our practice evaluated by an expert to ensure that we comply with the highest in veterinary care standards. While our team works diligently to get prescriptions filled the same day they are ordered, we respectfully request you give us 24 hours. An established doctor/patient relationship is very important and we encourage you to give us a call as soon as you recognize something is not right with your pet so we can address it quickly. There is a limit to the number of patients a doctor can physically see in a day and it may be necessary for us to refer you to Tucson. We do our best to “work in” illness/injury and emergency appointments whenever possible and want to take this opportunity to thank you for your patience and understanding if you’ve ever had to wait to see your doctor in these circumstances. We want to make sure you are taken care of in a timely fashion and encourage you to check your pets’ vaccination records and schedule appointments as soon as possible.
