I have other mod related issues, mostly with changing ini files and reducing lag but I will cover those on another thread. Description: TESV.exe is not essential for the Windows OS and causes relatively few problems. There is a patch associated with FNIS as well.It doesn't seem to want to install at all using MO and there's no clear directions anywhere I could find on how to do it. If you try to run Fnis from MO you get a this instillation could not be started error. Running the generator on the desktop gives the error Bad Installation Generator not run from a Skyrim Installation directory.
Fnis was installed per poet's video on how to install it via MO.
Yet when I put in Steam/Steam apps/common/skyrim it gives this error:Unhandled exception has occurred in this application with the : Could not find 'C:\Users \my pc name\Joshs Skyrim Behavior File Patcher\my_behavior_orignal xml' So I have no idea how to fix that.Google searches have come up empty so far.įNIS error. It says try changing dir settings.The default in the path says program files.My TESV isn't in the Program files due to recommendations not to put those Skyrim related files in the Programs.It is in another folder I have called Steam. Then push the Get Behavior Files and the message Can't find TESV.exe shows up. AP first.AP seems to install.ok.The issue is with the behavior patch.You extract the patch and run the behavior editor.
